Harrah's Entertainment has recently hired former Party gaming CEO Mitch Garber.
The online gaming industry is speculating as to whether he'll be heading up a new division focused on internet gambling.
Now that the climate in United States is changing with the re-introduction of a bill introduced by Rep. Barney Frank. This new legislation could overturn the UIGEA.
The timing seems ripe for Harrah's.
